With over 25 years’ experience in people leadership — including roles as COO, Chief People Officer, and Transformation Consultant — Libby brings the rigour of a Barrister Admitted to the High Court of New Zealand, and the insight of an Internationally Certified Coach. She understands what it takes to lead through complexity, scale, and transformation.
An experienced executive coach, facilitator, and leadership advisor, Libby helps leaders and teams uncover challenges, unlock opportunities, and turn ambition into action. Having worked across industries both globally and locally, she guides clients to realign purpose, people, and performance when it matters most.
Her approach blends coaching discipline with transformation expertise to create practical, lasting results. Recognised for her leadership transformation work since 2020, she’s known as both a steady hand and a catalyst — combining insight, empathy, and challenge to bring out the best in others.
