❓My most recommended resource

As we wrap for the year, I’m taking this opportunity to:

Share with you one of my most recommended resources to date; The Third Space (and how you can treat this upcoming summer break as an opportunity to be one great big giant third space), and

To briefly reflect on 2024 and how this has been, for so many of you, a year of remarkable growth and transformation. Here are some highlights…🎯

By the numbers:

  • 300 (+) participants in training or facilitated sessions, including attending one of my speaking events
  • 125 executive coaching sessions - full of lightbulb moments and insights leading to positive behaviour change
  • 30 diagnostic surveys, full of rich insights to support leadership development conversations
  • 16 leadership workshops and keynote presentations with themes ranging from “leaders being built, not born”, and crafting your unique leadership brand

 💫 Your impact:

  • From strengthening team dynamics to building more inclusive cultures through values alignment, leaders like you are creating lasting positive change throughout your organisations
  • Many of you have masterfully navigated complex transitions while keeping your teams engaged and performing at their peak
  • Through enhancing your self-awareness and awareness of others, you’re developing teams, and environments, that are high performing

 🚀 Looking ahead:

  • I’m looking forward to supporting your continued growth, with fresh approaches to leadership and culture development
  • 2025's leadership programmes are designed to help you tackle emerging business challenges (with my usual dose of pragmatism and realism!)

As the year winds down, I hope you'll take a good chunk of well-deserved time to recharge with friends and family.

Thank you for continuing to be a part of my community, creating meaningful change for yourselves and the people around you. I'm excited to continue to support your success in 2025.

As a parting message for 2024, I leave you with The Third Space. One of my most recommended resources to date. Click on the above image to watch (or re-watch) this cartoon animation and think of this upcoming holiday period as a huge third space.

Dr. Adam Fraser is a peak performance researcher who coined this phrase in his book 'The Third Space; Using life's little transitions to find balance and happiness'.

How are you going to reset, reflect and move from 2024 into 2025, showing up as the leader you want to be. The leader who lights up the room when they walk in (not out!)  And for those who want a little bit more (I hear from many of you that you love these resource recommendations) take the chance to listen to this fantastic McKinsey podcast about the value of generosity in leadership.

You might be surprised to hear it’s not about giving gifts, but more about cultivating generosity more broadly. It also talks about the necessity of reflecting as a leader (think The Third Space, and "where am I, above the line or below the line as a leader").

Enjoy.
