Three years of real work, real progress

It's hard to believe, but LibbyIrwin.com has just turned three.
No launch party. No hype reel. Just a business built steadily through trust, straight-talking sessions, and work that actually shifts things.
This isn’t traditional 1:1 and team coaching. Yes, I coach, but I also challenge, advise, and draw on decades of experience in senior leadership roles, to help people and teams get unstuck. Whether it’s a seasoned exec needing a sounding board, or a leadership team struggling to gel post-restructure, I meet them where they are, and we get to work.
Reflecting on where I started, in June 2022, I didn’t have clients. Or branding. Or even a LinkedIn presence. It took me six months to post anything at all. When I finally did, my son (age 14 at the time) told me the emojis made it look like a scam. (He had a point.)
It took me 18 months to send a newsletter...
But here we are. Three years in, and I've worked with some of the sharpest, most grounded leaders and teams around...
One senior leader called me “the calm in her storm.” She said that space helped her make braver decisions—and created ripple effects her team still talks about.
A CFO told me I helped pull his leadership team out of post-restructure inertia and into actual, aligned progress. “We’re saving hours each week,” he said. “And we’re moving faster with far more purpose.”
